We’re building bespoke, intuitive, websites, extranets, e-commerce solutions and event registration systems. We have our own CMS and E Commerce platform as well as Qunote, our own sector-leading medical case management facility.
Some of our clients are huge International corporations: Merck Pharmaceuticals for instance and this week we are completing an online shop for the golf division of Bentley cars. We have just built a web app for rice farmers in India and Pakistan to help them find their way through a maze of regulation if they are exporting to the EU.
We are a small studio so a good sense of humour and, more importantly, a desire to develop and share your knowledge of emerging web technologies and trends is vital.
This is a great opportunity if you are fluent in PHP. We are looking for someone who has the skills and the passion to help us create innovative, exciting, and user-friendly web-based systems, someone keen to develop their skills and willing to bridge the gap between clients’ requirements and the technical limitations of online systems.
You’ll need the following skills:
• PHP5 (particularly using Object Oriented methods)
• Able to create clean HTML5 templates
• A good knowledge of CSS
And if you have experience of the following, so much the better:
• LESS (CSS)
• Version control
You’ll be dealing directly with clients and involved in presentations. Many of our clients are from overseas so a good standard of English is expected.
We work in a delightful but remote location so transport is essential. The salary range is £28k - £35k DOE, plus a 5% pension and a bonus scheme.
Please send a copy of your CV and URLs of your best examples of work (indicating which parts of the project you were responsible for).
