We are looking for a Studio/Account Manager to help us run our award-winning design studio.
Ours is an exciting, fast-moving industry and we specialise in both print and digital design (from brochures and corporate identities to websites and browser-based applications). Your job will be to help the studio run smoothly, with a large part of your time spent dealing with our portfolio of clients, whilst making sure that projects are managed effectively and deadlines are met.
You will need to be resourceful, preferably a graduate with work experience, personable and capable of multi-tasking without flapping because many of our projects can be fast-paced. You will be dealing with clients and suppliers and should be capable in MS Office, have experience of Content Management Systems (CMS) and an interest in all things digital. An excellent command of spoken and written English and a confident and polite manner are vital. There will also be some basic accounts work, although you'll have help on this front.
The day-to-day role includes planning staff schedules, helping to prepare budgets for clients, proposal writing, liaising with suppliers, planning campaigns, writing briefs for internal and external staff and proof-reading documents and web sites. You will be the first point of contact for training support on our in-house CMS and our browser-based applications, including Qunote (www.qunote.com). There is potential to take on more responsibility as the role grows.
Due to our location and its lack of public transport links, own transport is essential.
Deadline for applications: 14th May 2015.
We reserve the right to bring forward this deadline, depending on the number of applications received.
To apply please send your CV by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a cover email explaining why you would be suitable for the role.
