The Bubble Content Management System has been developed over several years by our experienced developers working alongside small to medium businesses. • A secure administration area for content management
• Manage content pages easily using the WYSIWYG page editor
• Arrange order and hierarchy of pages throughout the site
• Instantly activate or deactivate pages
• Upload and embed images and videos to enhance your page content
• Upload documents to provide as downloads for visitors on pages

Visitor interaction

• Simple email contact/enquiry form: Add up to three recipients within your organisation, edit subject and content fields for easy identification of a website enquiry.
• WYSIWYG Newsletter creation system with sending facility.
• A facility to create and send personalised newsletters to your contacts including site subscribers, and manage your contacts and mailings via your website to streamline your marketing
   

Search Engine Optimisation
Integrated tools for editing search engine information, to ensure that each page on your website is working as hard so as to move your site up the search engine ranks.
We will optimise your site for search engines at the time of its build and create metatags and keywords for all top level pages. We will include the facility to edit meta tag and to edit and optimise page URLs. We will also build into the site a tool to generate automatically an XML sitemap and create a Search Engine Spider Configuration file.

Editor management

• Management of website editors, including instant activation and deactivation of user access
